Newday, run by Newfrontiers is a six-day camping event for young people, aged 12-19 where all can have encounters with Jesus. There is time for worshipping God, listening to teaching from the Bible and praying together in the main meetings, and in the smaller seminars are opportunities to choose from a wide range of topics and issues and learn how to apply God’s word in to our day-to-day life. There will also be the chance to put God’s love into action in the local community, with lots of outreach and social action projects into Norwich and parts of Norfolk, and of course there are loads of opportunities to relax and make new friends in the cafés, through the sports programmes or at the live gigs (incl in the price this year).
NewDay has a significant place in New Life West's youth ministry where we've seen young people both come to faith in Christ and grow significantly in their understanding of living for Christ. This year we're expectant again of seeing God at work amongst the young people who attend and also a time of tremendous fellowship.

There is a team of adults that are helping to take the young people to NewDay, with setting up, catering, outreach, and generally serving during the event. If you are interested in being a part of our adult team please talk to Clive Bacon. If you are coming with younger children there is also a programme in the mornings for them.
